RCS is now accepting members! People eager to become members can conveniently download the Application form to print it with Acrobat Reader (freely available from adobe.com if you don't yet have the software). The Manual and Bylaws are also available for download and review. (Joint members, Residential Developers, and Businesses can contact RCS for details on group memberships.)

To apply for membership to the RCS Co-operative we require the following:

1. A completed RCS Membership Application form and a $25 application fee.  You can print the form and mail it to us.
2. A current copy of your Driver Abstract AND a copy of your driver's licence.
3. A $500 refundable Membership Fee.  This will be returned to you as outlined in the Manual, if you should choose to leave the co-op and your account is in good standing.
